No class’s on Monday 24th of October

Monday, 11-12.15pm, The Healthy Living Company, 92- 96 Northease Drive, Brighton, BN3 8LH. (Free on street parking)

Both mum and baby are exercised and entertained in this gorgeous yoga class. We practice yoga poses which address problems such as lower back pain, with a focus on improving core strength (we work that pelvic floor.) Yoga helps to reduce stress levels and improve sleep. It’s also great for bonding with your little one, meeting other mums and is suitable for beginners.

Suitable for mums with babies aged 6 weeks to sitting/crawling. I create a relaxed, fun environment where you can feed/change whenever you need to and keep your little one happy.

Yummy. Post-class tea and fruit included.

All the equipment you need is provided, just bring a water bottle and anything you need for your little one.

Cost: Trail class is just £5. £49 for block of 6 classes.

Book online now

You can join this class at any point. And for every block of six you can miss one week (as little people can be somewhat unpredictable) and carry it over to the next.

Places are limited so please get in touch to reserve your place or book in advance online.

Good to know: In 2017 I completed a specialised Emergency Paediatric First Aid course with Registered Midwife Dee Bell of First Aid ABC.

  • I love this class, just the right balance between exercise and involving the baby. Heather creates a comfortable, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Strongly recommended to start gentle exercise after pregnancy. Location is convenient too.

  • A lovely gentle class, my baby really enjoyed watching me as well as being involved. I felt very relaxed after and well stretched, and my son had a good nap!

  • The class was thoroughly enjoyable, I liked the exercises and how we engaged the baby . . . and the tea and biscuits afterwards!

  • As a first time mum I was apprehensive about exercising with my baby - what if she cries, needs feeding etc etc?? But I needn't have worried as Heather makes you feel so relaxed from the minute you walk in. It is so interactive with the babies too, so it's a chance to have fun with them as well as exercise. A lovely relaxed and fun class that I would recommend to any mum, even if you're new to yoga.
