Hatha Flow Yoga

Yoga is the perfect way to relieve common aches and pains, improve flexibility and enjoy yourself whilst exercising.

This class is an hour of energising Yoga, which helps to strengthen, tone and increase your flexibility whilst bringing a calmness and focus to your mind. 

Every week we do something different, keeping our bodies and minds active. Suitable for beginners and those with previous Yoga experience

All the equipment you need is provided, just bring a water bottle.

Cost? First class just £5. £49 for a 6 week block, £10 for drop-ins.
