Hi I’m Heather, and I want to inspire and support more people to practice Yoga, so that they can improve their health, get in shape and let go.

Mum and Baby Yoga: 11.00 - 12.15 Monday and Wednesday from January 17th 

Pregnancy Yoga: 8 - 9pm Tuesday from January 8th 2018

Hatha Flow Yoga 9.30 - 10.45am Monday (Being covered by Jo Shaw)
