Join me, Heather Deaville, every Tuesday morning for a wonderful hour of yoga with essential oils which will leave you feeling healthier and happier. Modern life is busy, and we all know the importance of slowing down, but it’s hard to find the time.
Let me give you the gift of slowing down, in my fabulous yoga classes, which will leave you feeling rested and relaxed.
This class is especially great if you struggle with getting a good night’s sleep.
WHY PRACTICE YOGA WITH ESSENTIAL OILS?
Aromatherapy and yoga compliment each other so well, both are aimed at helping you find balance, reduce stress levels and increasing feelings of happiness and joy.
Over the course of the four weeks we will explore a range of different essential oils and how they can help us switch off from our busy lives, reducing levels of stress and anxiety and have some real quality “me time.”
As a qualified aromatherapist I’m excited to combine my two passions, which work together so beautifully.
The class is suitable for beginners and those with previous Yoga experience
