For this training you will need:

  • A Yoga Mat

  • Essential oils: Lemon, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Lavender, Patchouli, Frankincense

  • Cotton Pads (or cotton wool)

  • Diffuser (if you have one)

  • Carrier oil, eg. JoJoba, Rapeseed or Sweet Almond

  • Paper and pen for making notes

  • Cushion or blanket

  • Any additional props you would like, bricks and yoga belt would be great.

  • A small 2.5ml measuring spoon or a small measuring jug

Upon completion, you will receive a Yoga Alliance Professionals Continued Education Certificate.
