Join me, Heather Deaville, on Tuesday morning for a wonderful hour of yoga, breathwork, meditation and essential oils which will leave you feeling grounded and calm.
Why practice yoga? When I step onto a yoga mat, I feel my heart rate slow down, my breathing deepen and I feel like myself again. I’m not in a rush, my mind slowly stops whirring and I feel calm. Then we start to move and I can feel my body growing healthier and fitter with each class.
Class will vary slightly each week, with the main focus being on self-care, nourishing the body and mind and leaving in a better mood than you arrived in.
We’ll explore a different essential oil and how we can use yoga and essential oils to look after ourselves throughout the weeks, months and seasons of our lives.
A regular yoga practice is just what you need to reduce stress and anxiety. It will also help improve your posture, as well as improving you health and fitness.
The class is suitable for those with and without previous yoga experience
