Class Factfile

Join me, Heather Deaville, on Friday Mornings for a wonderful hour of flowing yoga to enliven your body and bring peace to your mind.

Class will vary each week, whilst challenging you physically the practice will allowing your mind to slow down and very much bringing you into the here and now.

A regular yoga practice is great for keeping yourself fit and healthy, and is a great tonic to the stresses and strains of modern life.

The class is suitable for those with previous yoga experience

What to bring

Yoga mat and water bottle. I provide blocks, blankets, yoga belts and eye pillows.

Venue

The Lower Hall, Ditchling Village Hall, 18 Lewes Road, Hassocks, BN6 8TT.

Free parking at the venue. Please enter through the main doors at the top of the building.

Cancellation Policy

CLASSES: To cancel or re-schedule a class please contact me at least 8 hours ahead of the class. No refunds will be given.

WORKSHOPS/RETREATS - To cancel or re-schedule a workshop or retreat please contact me at least 2 weeks ahead of the event. No refunds will be given.
