Join me, Heather Deaville, on Monday evenings for a rejuvenating hour of yoga that will leave you feeling amazing!

Why practice yoga? When I step onto the mat, I feel my heart rate slow down, my breathing deepen, and a sense of calm wash over me. I’m not in a rush; my mind gradually quiets, and I feel like myself again. Then we start to move, and with each class, I feel my body growing healthier and fitter.

A regular yoga practice is just what you need to reduce stress and anxiety. It will also improve your posture, health, and fitness through a full-body workout.

This class is suitable for beginners and those with previous yoga experience. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a welcoming space here to grow and learn at your own pace.
