Join me, Heather Deaville, on Monday evenings for a rejuvenating hour of yoga that will leave you feeling amazing!
Why practice yoga? When you step onto your mat, you’ll feel your heart rate slow down, your breathing deepen, and a sense of calm wash over you.
You’ve arrived at yoga, no where else to go, nothing else to do. Just time out from your busy week to breath deep and get lost in movement.
A regular yoga practice is just what you need to reduce stress and anxiety, whilst also improving your posture, health, and fitness through a full-body workout.
This class is suitable for beginners and those with previous yoga experience. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a welcoming space here to grow and learn at your own pace.
