Join me, Heather Deaville, every Monday evening for a wonderful hour of yoga which will leave you feeling amazing!

Why practice yoga? When I step onto a yoga mat, I feel my heart rate slow down, my breathing deepen and I feel like myself again. I’m not in a rush, my mind slowly stops whirring and I feel calm. Then we start to move and I can feel my body growing healthier and fitter with each class.

Every week we do something different, keeping our bodies and minds active. A regular yoga practice is just what you need to reduce stress and anxiety. It will also help improve your posture, as well as improving you health and fitness through a full body workout.

The class is suitable for beginners and those with previous Yoga experience.

Every Monday, you can join this class for a trail at any time. When you book I will presume you are coming to the next class., unless you tell me otherwise.

Trial class: £8, then £11 drop in or £49 for a block of 5.
