Class Factfile

Join me, Heather Deaville, on Thursday mornings for a wonderful yoga class.

At the beginning of each class I check in and see how everyone is feeling, this helps me guide the class and I always give options for people to go high energy, or low. Empowering you to take the class at your own pace and get the best results for you.

I promise you’ll have a fun time, each class is a mini community and everyone enjoys keeping their bodies and minds active. You’ll leave class feeling better than when we began!
