Weekend Yoga Retreat | Bore Estate, Kent | 27–29 November 2026
Imagine waking up in a 19th-century farmhouse in the Kent countryside. Stepping into a beautiful heated barn for morning yoga. Spending two days doing absolutely nothing except breathing, moving, and being nourished — by the food, the yoga, the landscape, and the company of like-minded souls.
This is the Bore Estate retreat. And there are just 4 rooms remaining.

YOUR HOME FOR THE WEEKEND
We'll be staying in the beautiful 19th-century Old Stable, nestled in the heart of the 500-acre Bore Estate. Surrounded by a charming courtyard garden, rolling countryside, and working farmland, it's a world away from the everyday.
Yoga, meditation, and restorative sessions take place in the Large Barn — a stunning space heated with infrared technology, so you'll be warm and comfortable even in late November.
Accommodation:
11 comfortable bedrooms — single, twin, and triple options
Shared bathrooms, a spacious living room with log burner, and a separate kitchen and dining space
Upper bunks will not be in use, ensuring everyone has a restful stay
THE FOOD
Nourishing, vegetarian and plant-based meals will be lovingly prepared by Claire of Good Life Kitchen, who brings over 10 years' experience cooking for yoga retreats across the UK and abroad. Expect wholesome, seasonal food made with real care — the kind that leaves you feeling light, satisfied, and genuinely well fed.

A note on levels: Whether you've been practising for years or you're brand new to yoga, this weekend is designed for you. There's no pressure, no performance — just movement, rest, and restoration at your own pace.

8:15–9:00pm — Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation meditation
Saturday

9:15–10:30am — Yoga class
10:30am — Tea & treats
11:15–12:45pm — Optional guided walk or free time
1:15pm — Lunch
2:00–5:00pm — Free time
5:00–6:15pm — Yoga class
6:30pm — Dinner
7:45pm — Restorative yoga
8:45pm — Fire pit (weather permitting)

1:45pm — Closing circle
2:30pm — Farewells (and time for a solo stroll before you head home)

Pay your £150 deposit now, then the balance in one or two instalments before the retreat
