Weekend Retreat

I absolutely loved every bit of our retreat day. I wasn’t feeling to good at the start but by the end of the day I felt rejuvenated.

Yoga Retreat Weekend at The Bore Estate in Kent

*New venue for 2026*

Treat yourself to a weekend of gorgeous yoga practices, mindful meditations, stunning countryside walks, tasty nourishing food and deep rest at this magical venue in Kent.

Your home for the weekend

We will be staying in the 19th-century Old Stable on the charity run 500 acre Bore Estate in Kent. The Old Stable is at the heart of the estate, surrounded by a courtyard garden where we will enjoy a cozy fire pit on the Saturday night.

From the Old Stable it’s just a short hop to the Large Barn where our yoga classes, meditations and restorative sessions will take place. Heated with infra-red technology we’ll be warm morning and night.

There are 11 bedrooms in the Old Stable, from single rooms with a double bed up to triple rooms for those who are keen to share, there are accommodation options to suit every preference, and none of the upper bunks will be in use. There are plenty of shared bathrooms, a large living room with a log burner, and a sperate kitchen and dining room.

The food for the weekend will be lovingly crafted by my dear friend Claire, from the Good Life Kitchen, a wonderful vegetarian and plant based chef who has been cooking for yoga retreats in the UK and overseas for over 10 years.

“Thank you too for a wonderful retreat day. I loved it all! There was a good mix of classes. The food was delicious and there was plenty for everyone. It was lovely you had made it all and had obviously put a lot of thought into it. The sweet treats were really tasty and kept us going and the chocolate mindfulness exercise was good fun at the end!”
