Step into a calm, welcoming space and enjoy an hour of mindful movement at Ditchling Village Hall. This Wednesday evening yoga class is designed to help you release tension, reconnect to your breath and move through the rest of your week feeling lighter and more grounded.

Whether you're building confidence or deepening your practice, this class offers supportive guidance in a spacious, beautiful hall with free parking on-site.

You’re welcome to join at any time during the term.

What to Expect

Each session blends breath-led movement with strengthening and stretching postures to help you:

• Ease physical tension
• Build strength and stability
• Improve flexibility
• Calm a busy mind

You may even work up a gentle glow.

Every class closes with guided relaxation — giving your nervous system the reset it deserves.
