Join me, Heather Deaville, on Thursday mornings for a wonderful gentle yoga class - the perfect way to start your day!

This class is perfect for people who struggle with knee issues, or getting up and down from the floor or if you find balance challenging. Every week we do something different, but we take things slowly and there are plenty of variations to suit every need. 

We have a fun time, keeping our bodies and minds active and you’ll leave class feeling better than when we began!
